Team Building In Secondary Schools

Our secondary team building activities are fun, engaging and provide tangible results. We have a brilliant range of Ice-breaker activities that set a great tone and platform for the session. Our energiser activities are fun, creative and will engage all the pupils into effectively working well together without them even realising it. Our team-building activities and challenges are diverse and facilitated in competitive ways that foster team-communication and decision making. The diverse nature of our activities means that regardless of sporting or academic ability every team and pupil will achieve success.

Our sessions fit brilliantly within PSHE days are an ideal use of Pupil Premium Funds and are highly effective with SEN groups.

What teachers and pupils say about our sessions

I have learned to lead a team and share ideas. All the team thought with one mind and moved as one body.

Ashley, Year 12 Pupil

The activities were all extremely well planned and were inclusive for all pupils regardless of their academic or practical ability.

Assitant Head Teacher, Blacon High

I liked the way we encouraged each other to work together.
