Team Building In Primary Schools

Our Primary team building session are fun, creative and deliver genuine learning outcomes. We work with 1 class at a time and can work with all years throughout the school. Our sessions are based on the key-principles of communication, Listening & Talking, where we progressively work through an excellent range of ice-breaker and energisers towards our key team-building activities. We review and give feedback through our session to "concrete" the learning experience.

Our sessions will also allow staff development as teachers will get a real tangible understanding of effective team-building as well as loads of great ideas.

What teachers and pupils say about our sessions

Very Impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm of Jo & Max. They interact well with the pupils and have the ability to motivate, whilst maintaing excellent control. They have been a breath of fresh air.

Megan Cheers, School Games Organiser

My favourite part of the afternoon was when we played Spaceport and we had to balance the ruby (pink golf ball) on this metal stand which was attached to three elastic bands and we had to walk round the room. It was difficult but very fun.

Ciara, Year 6 Pupil

The Little Foot Team Building guys bring a unique set of innovative problem solving & adventure activities right into the school. I've never seen this before and highly recommend it.
